As part of Lancashire Labour’s 2021 election manifesto, we are committed to rolling out average speed cameras in areas we think will benefit, leading to reductions in road deaths and near fatal accidents.

Blackburn Road and Lee Lane has seen a number of serious incidents including a fatality in recent years.  We are looking at ways to reduce and prevent further incidents and we want to hear your views on the stretch of road from Harwood Road/Lee Lane/Blackburn Road, Great Harwood and how we can make our roads safer.
